Well for one thing I tend to buy games when Im finish with the game and have enough money to buy it...(I only got 40 bucks, perfect time to buy A Boy And His Blob) but I still have to finish metroid prime trioligy "LOOKING at YOU metroid prime 2..." so you see... I feel sorta like this when super mario galaxy only sold 500000 in its first week, but in the end it has 9 mill sold and rising... so just be patient :)

see but you have to take into account more than twice as many people own the wii, and every single ps3 game outside of mgs4 has done the same thing and stay low... or started low and remained low..... killzone 2, resistance 2, lbp, warhawk, motorstorm, etc

Firstly, give it some time, this is a game that should continue to sell well for quite some time.

Secondly, quality doesn't always equate to sales and sales doesn't always equate to quality. I tihink it would actually be very interesting to see the correlation between sales and metascores for games across the industry.
