I ordered the game over amazon, and it says it's delivered but someone has taken it from my door step while i was away. So what should I do in that situation.

They have the right to let your package in front of your door? That's not very safe.

FF9, for 10$, it's a apartment building, and i'm not sure if it was in front of the door, they may just left it in the basket near the mail. That's what happened to the uncharted 2.

That sucks, leave a note on your door in future, asking to pick it up from the post office if you're not in.

I have lost a few games like that. UPS just knocks once and leave. A 2K rep gave me tracking info for Borderlands and said it was delivered. Nada. I know my neighbors took it. That's fine. I'm putting a sign on the door to say 'Deliver packages at backdoor, please.' I'll put it on my window too in case the thieves try to take that down.

Well at least it was only a $10 item. It might be a better idea to avoid the headache of getting a refund/exchange/what-have-you altogether and just buy it again.
