I have lost a few games like that. UPS just knocks once and leave. A 2K rep gave me tracking info for Borderlands and said it was delivered. Nada. I know my neighbors took it. That's fine. I'm putting a sign on the door to say 'Deliver packages at backdoor, please.' I'll put it on my window too in case the thieves try to take that down.
I am close to just getting all my games sent to my job.
