2D Mortal Kombat Game (will never happen)
Killer Instinct 3 (KI2 already exists)
Gears of War 3
Next Gen Contra (I can dream)
Castlevania (Don't know if its coming out 2010 or not)
Project Offset (if you dont know what it is look it up, looks super promising but may not come out)

If you want to play KI2 that badly pick it up on ebay or something. It was release for Nintendo 64 I think. Most definately it was an arcade game.

As for me, I would take Mass Effect 2, Halo Reach, Crackdown 2, Fable 3, Splinter Cell, Alan Wake, Rage(I think it is next year), KUF2, and a Natal dodgeball game.
