Well, if there were a tourney, I dunno, I don't play on PSN, so I don't know how good the players are, but since I would most likely be playing is such a tourney...y'all goin' down sucka's!!!! lol

Do people really think the PSN would win? I doubt it. PSN is spread too much. So even if you managed to get the very best players half of them would be from EU. So they would have to deal with a lot of lag. So if it was NA only Live would wipe the floor with PSN.

Also what Ironman said about BF was a good idea. Except they should have done the top 3,000 players to 1million kills or something to make it a bit fairer?

Eh, I'm sure there's a good amount of PSN pro players in NA and the UK.

 

Plus, have you seen what happened with the MGO tournament? If so, I don't think lag is a problem.

UK =/= EU. And if I ever try to join US servers the lag makes it not even worth playing. And it would also ruin it for the players from NA for me to be skipping around the place.

 

And I never played MGO.

And controllers have really nothing to do with anything. If ANYTHING the PS3's controller is more accessible, and possibly easier to use than a 360 controller. But really, doesn't matter, controllers =/= skill.

Yes, and this is why the PS3 won the battle to see who could get 43 million kills first in Battlefield 1943...Oh wait, they didn't!

My bet is on the 360, A lot of hardcore FPS players and a controller that is better suited for FPS meaning that people with both a PS3 and 360 are likely to choose the 360 to play the game on.

Yea, it says that Xbox live players got to the kill limit first, not that they had a better K/D spread.

@Pharaoh That's because it is relevant, Battlefield 1943 is the only game I know of that did any kind of a competition between the two consoles, if you don't like it then please bring up another kind of competition between the two console games that would work for a FPS. The way Battlefield did it is probably the way COD would do it.
