So i was on Xbox live, and my friend Infamous J7 sent me a message saying Bayonetta was bad ass, and im eh its just another DMC.

He sends me a message saying you can use guns and magic and im like "Ok but its still DMC".

I then say that Hack N Slash games bore me.

I then said "God Of War was boring, i also added "If you take away the story with Broly and Kartos you will notice something about both, there both buff dudes who look "bad ass" and goes around killing people."

He replies "OH MY GOD DUDE DID JUST COMPARE GOD OF WAR TO DBZ?THERE 2 DIFFERENT GAMES"

I reply "no asshole i compared the CHARACTERS"

He replys "same thing with left 4 dead, take away the zombies and you shoot humans just like GTA "

I reply " GTA 4 and L4D are 2 different genres, you cant compare them"

He then he keeps reminding me that Bayonetta doesnt have a sword therefore its not a hack n slash.

I reply "So she cant do melee?" 

He replies "Yes she can do melee, most games can do melee"

I reply "Guns and Magic are second in the game just like melee is second in CoD"

So who is wrong, me or him.

He was wrong to compare L4D to GTA, but you were wrong to compare Brolly to Kratos.

I guess it started with the DBZ reference. I didn't understand why that came up- it then forced your friend to make a quick comparison between l4d and gta.

So in the end, it's your fault for not liking bayonetta. It's a great game and it's not hack n slash really. There are guns and magic you can use and you'd really enjoy it

How can u have such long text convos on Xbox Live? Do u have this lil keypad to tipe in text with?

I compared Broly to Kratos i said there both simular, if you take away the story there both uninteresting. I just said both were boring and uninspiring, and not unique.
