I'll say uncharted 2....Alan wake has higher-def textures but the environment in uncharted has more small details while in Alan Wake it looks a bit more plain.

sigh I hate screenshots, they tend to look amazing for 360 games, and horrible for PS3 games..
From those pics, I like Uncharted 2 better. But like somebody probably said (I haven't read the thread) its probably just a matter of taste. They are very similar in quality, if you ask me. Neither one blows the other away. It's like comparing Donkey Kong Country to Donkey Kong Country 2. Sure, DKC2 has better graphics, but they both look like 16-bit games and are still pretty damn close.
We honestly don't know which looks better, because PS3 GAMES tend to look like shit over the internet (example U2, AND KZ2) especially good looking games..
From what I have seen over the net, ALAN WAKE is well ahead of U2 graphicly on the NET. But on screen U2 looks like a god..
seriously its really hard to tell without having both games in hand, I remember when people said GEARS 2 had better graphics than U1 based on internet video and screens, and we know that U1 is almost a mile ahead of it visually.

I guess that's why they're called opinions. I thought Gears 1 got beaten by Uncharted 1 which got beaten by Gears2 which got beaten by Uncharted 2.

IMO the aliasing and dithering of vegitation and so-so nature of the textures puts AW ahead graphically of UC2, plus AW's more open and does it's cutscenes in real-time. Also anyone saying some scenes of Alan Wake are CGI need to help themselves to some crow, Digital Foundry confirmed they were real-time 6 months ago, it's Uncharted 2's which are videos.

I think from now on whenever I see a comparison as stupid as this one, like say comparing an AW "walking around" screen to a shot of Uncharted 2 from the back of a fucking train I'm going to assume that it's RAZurrection. To the isle of misfit alts you go!

I'd like to use this instead as a comparison because it shows a little day-time gameplay (although some of it is cut-scene, but it's the best we'e got). Sadly I dont know how your YT clip is so big in size, mine is smaller lol.
I believe in a couple of months few people will still claim AW beats U2 graphics.
