But, Data doesn't even have a sex...

Sorta NSFW so I'll just link it.

I dunno. I've always had a chick as my avatar.

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

I used to have a bunch of female avatars (megan fox and angelina jolie for instance). I did it for the attention and the lols

Does it really matter that much if that person is a girl or not.....

Nintendo still doomed?
Feel free to add me on 3DS or Switch! (PM me if you do ^-^)

All I know is I automatically assume everyone is male, unless they have a photograph of a woman in their avatar.

Having said that, I imagine people looking like their avatars. So, for example, I imagine RolStoppable looking like Kim Possible but being male. Is that weird?

FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

Edit: This is a Samurai Jack reference, not an insult, for whatever mod ends up getting this reported to them

So a lot of people end up getting Avatars of the opposite sex.

Is there anything to be read into about that?

Is it about being able to create an alter ego for yourself so people can (or can't) see who you REALLY ARE (or who you REALLY WANT TO BE). Something deep and psychological or whatever?

Or is it about something WAY simpler, like: "well I'm going to be playing WoW for like hundreds and hundreds of hours and I'd rather spend that time staring at a hot chick on the screen as opposed to a dude"

I know some girls choose to have an avatar of a dude, or have a gender neutral screen name so that they don't get harassed or like unordinate amounts of attention by all the guys on the internet.

Maybe even some guys INTENTIONALLY get a hot chick avatar so they can get unordinate amounts of attention, iono.

iono what's your take

What?

Also, Khuutra, I do imagine you're a heartless demon.

Kimi wa ne tashika ni ano toki watashi no soba ni ita

Itsudatte itsudatte itsudatte

Sugu yoko de waratteita

Nakushitemo torimodosu kimi wo

I will never leave you

what? are you pointing out how I misspelled inordinate? Well "unordinate" happens to be a real word ^_^

There are lots of sexual predators out there on the internet. But, we often forget that there are also lots of sexual prey out there as well.

You've had a fair bit of plastic surgery, haven't you? You went from being a little blond kid with a sword, to a grumpy old man, to a kid with horns, to a black and green monster, in the space of a few months.

On a different point, X-Men Evolution >>> Samurai Jack. I've never understood what people see in that show. It's a samurai who goes around some demon-infested land and kills demons. That's all there is to it.

This is damning on so many, many levels.
