And not only that, but the track listing for the single on Amazon has an English version listed, which may be hinting toward the release of an English version of ToG. Thoughts?

By an english version do you mean it will be dubbed in english?

By an English version, I mean an English version of the song sung by BoA herself, not dubbed by another singer. Like Bonnie Pink (ToV's singer), BoA can sing in both English and Japanese.

And she did a excellent job in the English version.
