Well possibly. As far as I know black Wii in Japan was only for MH3 and limited so possibly a full release in Japan and then announce it for the rest of the world as well (already announced for Europe).

Wii has been available in black and white in Japan since August, and not only limited bundles. Certainly Famitsu wouldn't delay publication just for the announcement of release of a black Wii in the West (and even in Japan for that matter).

Having said that, it is hard for me to think of any announcement by Nintendo that would lead a magazine to delay printing/publishing, even by one day. Unless maybe a mistake was made, and they printed something that would come out a day before they should have?
