Why do you say that? I assume you are comparing it to Fifa which sold 50% more in its second week than ODST sold in its first.
well it was being sold before release date pretty much everywhere..

Getting Plat trophies for: Heavy Rain, Infamous, RE5, Burnout and GOW collection once I get it.
Amazing sales. Probably something like 200k ish for the UK alone. If it pulls higher sales everywhere else, where the PS3 is dominant, you would most definitely expect uncharted 2 to do at least 600k in europe.

FIFA 10 PS3 sell a lot more than FIFA 10 360 in Europe.
First week:
780k FIFA 10 PS3
567k FIFA 10 360
Second week:
322k FIFA 10 PS3
229k FIFA 10 360
And Uncharted is selling more than the combined FIFA this week in Europe.
According to Chart Track, FIFA sold ~128k. So, Uncharted 2 sold less than that on its first week.
