im doing a mission that requires me to steal a sword from this lady and after i do the gaurds catch and i try to reist arrest but they just keep coming after me plz help.........

i got caught eventually and now i serve my time then when i leave they try to arrest me again and im attacked and killed

dont get caught...better yet...dont get seen stealing the shit.

But u could try to get all the chamillion sigil stones from oblivion portals then get 100 percent invisibility and be invincible and untouchable through the game.

Sigh.

1) If you resist arrest, obviously they will keep attacking you.
2) If you try to escape from prison, obviously they will keep attacking you.
3) That sounds like a bug.

which mission was that???? can't remember it, too many of them.

anyway, try do the stealing at night, save often, load up if you are spotted while sneaking, thats how I went through with most missions for the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild.

Stealing shit was my life in that game. Good times.

also I refuse to go to jail, I only ever been to jail for 1 day and 2 of my skills are decreased by 1 level??? and to think how long I'll have to serve for killing guards.......hell no.

Lol, you can just sleep it off in jail. You're better off constantly making save files to load from.

I know, but the skills would still decrease, thats why I hated it. and I did save/load alot while playing this game, more than once I had to pick a lock with all 5 timbrels down and I only had 1 lockpick......so I just loaded the game everytime I failed until it was opened lol. I still remember when I sneaked into this jewelry shop in emperial city right in the beginning of the game with only 2 or 3 lockpicks and I looted the place clean with my mad save/load skills lol.
