That works under the very faulty assumption that I have no special role.

Well I guess the question is, Do you have a special role?   And how is it more important than a cop, insane or not?

I said I was going to die no matter what, what I am wondering if possible is can a doctor save me?

Yes,  and with a family like that I am surprised he didnt do it before
