I'd investigate this immediately to see if it was true or not. If it was true, I'd record the conversation, and sue them.

There's numerous similar stories about fanboys at any game selling stores: I've heard of people trying to convince folks to buy "system x" over "system y" numerous times. I'm not suggesting that you didn't experience what you say, I just think it's a bit disingenuous to imply that it is only 360 fans that do this.

I'd also like to clarify that I'd press charges even if it was another console that's getting the shorter end of the stick.

But this isn't even a story about the assistant trying to sell a 360 game ahead of Uncharted, this is about a "dirty look". It's absolute fucking lunacy to jump to the conclusion that they were 360 "fanboys".

Yes, I hear you there. My point was in regards to whether store workers care about console wars or not.

Obviously that 16 year old pimple faced kid who said that you can play 95% of the same games on the 360 and PS3 but the 360 is $100 cheaper.  Sue him for not telling you about the hard drive or WIFI adaptor.  I would sue his brothers sisters and parents too.
