I will not be pre-ordering games form Best Buy any longer.

Here the story:

I pre-ordered Uncharted 2 from BBy. Today is the street date for Uncharted 2 as you know. So I checked my order status only to find out the product hasn't shipped. It should ship some time today and the earliest I get it is Thursday. I ask this how is it Gamestop can guarantee street date delivery but Best Buy can't?

Now I know what you're saying...why didn't you choose in store pick up or order from Gamestop? Because after work I won't have time to pick-up my order til Friday. Plus I ordered from Best Buy not Gamestop cause I'm getting Uncharted 2 for $25 thanks to rewards zone certificates.

Next game I pre-order for delivery will be from Gamestop they guarantee street date delivery.

Best Buy can sometimes really suck. In general, I like the store, but they've screwed me so many times.

If you don't have time to pick it up from a store, how do you have time to play it?

Either way, I always order from Amazon, get free shipping and $3-5 off my order. I could care less about release date delivery. I would think the $35 you saved is worth the 3-4 day wait.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

Did u check your status online? Or did you contact via your actual Bestbuy store. I just know sometimes BB site sucks at updating stuff and checking if they have whatever you're looking for in stock etc.
