It`s time to move to PS360.
And you won`t be dissapointed for a long long time.
90% of PS3 exclusives are worth atleast a rent.

i will pick up ps3 when:
there will be enough games i'm interested in on the marked i really want to buy(no rentals here),
will play and finish most 360 games i'm interested in,
ps3 will be cheap enough to consider picking it up,
i won't buy another HD console for the same price as 360 just for 3-4 exclusive games a year(especially now that i've played some of ps3 games i was interested at first and they are no longer good for me after checking them) when i have like 30+ different upcoming(or already released) multiplatform and exclusive 360 games i'm interested in.

-Project Natal (if it succeeds)
There are other 360 exclusives, but they're unannounced as of the moment. I might've forgot a few others as well.

You are correct. But even in 2010, which will be the best year for xbox exclusives since 2007, there will be a megashittonload of AAA multiplatform games due to the pressure from MW2. So I think that would take some of the heat off of exclusivity, due to too many good games being multi.
I haven't seen any new franchises though, which I would like. Mainly cool sequels to fable, mass efffect, halo, KUF, and crackdown. All of which were AAA or deserved that identification. Well.. I guess alan wake is new.. But that's only one new series.

I don't know...those are just the games I will be picking up. There are a ton more releasing that you may or may not be interested in. I know some of these are multi-plat, but they count too when talking about overall game satisfaction.

I'm looking at 2010 and beyond...Why are exclusives like Killer Instinct just wasting away? Look at MechWarrior for example...M$ leased that back to have a 3rd party develop the upcoming game...WHY?!?! M$ doesn't have enough money? That's just stupid, imho. M$ has a TON of potential AAA IPs...they are simply sitting on them, and It's a head scratcher. MSGS needs to get project teams actively working IPs...instead of whatever the heck they are doing...
