Wild guess unsupported by nothing!

How can you make predictions, when you have no idea about the game except for the fact that it was announced?

1) Kojima is not working on that title – and he is the father of the Metal Gear saga, it's Myiamoto passing Mario and Zelda to some wannabe studio.

2) It's a spin-off, it was stated by Kojima himself, the true full entry to the series is MGS Peacewalker (on which, he's working).

3) So far it doesn't look like typical MGS game (stealth), and since the subtitle is "Lightingbolt action", I can only assume it will be hack'n'slash action game. (Fact that Raiden is wannabe ninja supports my statement).

4) It's multiplatform > MS bled some cash > the overal quality will be reduced for atleast one version, since the other will be port > not so great

It might turn out to be strategy, brawler, fps, hack'n'slash, rpg... whatever, we know nothing, except it won't be as good as if Kojima was involved in the process more than just a remote supervisor.
