I want a Pokemon RPG. Colosseum was very good, although way too short and easy.

In any case, i still could buy this title.

Action-Adventure? From the sounds of it there is no "Action" at all. So it is probably more exclusive to being an Adventure title than Action-Adventure.

We don't' know if this is the 3D game Game Freak are working on, guys. Your hopes for a legit 3D Pokemon title have not been dashed yet.

Just look at Game Freak's development history. They haven't worked on anything but mainline Pokemon titles since 2000, except for Drill Dozer in 2005, which was another handheld title.

It's unlikely that the title in the OP is made by Game Freak, so whatever Game Freak are working on remains a mystery.
