Forums - Sony - Killzone 2 is nearing 2 million sales.

but also factually 100% accurate....Wii Music will outsell Killzone 2 by the end of this generation (in fact, it probably has reached a number Killzone 2 will never reach).

2-3 million - not impressive

Mario Kart - LTD 20-25 million - impressive.

I totally agree with you.

I suppose you also agree with me, then, that Nintendo fails for not making Pikmin as massive a franchise as Gran Turismo.

1.5 million for Pikmin- not impressive

15 million for Gran Turismo- impressive.

yes, I agree, for a Nintendo IP Pikmin has been a sales failure.

Usually my heavily exaggerated examples get people.

Very well, believe what you want to believe.

Now, if only I knew which poorly-selling franchises you liked, so I could use those.

L4D sales failure since valve cant make a game sell as much as Halo 3

2.43 not impressive

15 million impressive

The Conduict was also a sales failure, however it was not one of Nintendo's biggest IP's (it was not a Nintendo IP at all).

No matter how you dress it up, 2 million sales for one of Sony's biggest IP's is very poor, the proof being that it was outsold by one of Nintendo's biggest IP failures this gen.

Killzone isn't one of Sony's biggest IPs, the original was some random overhyped FPS on the PS2 that nobody had heard of or cared about.

Killzone was NEVER one of SONY's biggest IP's either hammertime

Killzone clearly is one of their biggest IP's seeing as it was hyped beyond belief and deusional Sony fanboys thought it would be the best FPS shooter ever. Apart from Gran Turismo and Gods of war...what Sony IP is bigger??
