I just got Wii fit Plus. Woohoo.

Starting Stats:

Height - 5"11

Weight - 159 lb

Waist size - 30 in

Most my body fat is on my belly...
I wonder how much weight I can loose and how small my waist can get.

Now, off to get stoned and play Wii fit!

- Got up early to do this one before school

- Weight of 210.5 lbs (Stupid me, was starving and had a late night snack)

- Notes: Trying to get into the micro tear / rebuild cycle



Day 1 

- Got Wii Fit plus and started profile - 40th day from previous save data

- Weight - 159 lbs

- Waist - 30 in

- Yoga - 70 min

- Strength - 40 min

- Training Plus - 49 min

- Total Time - 2 hour 39 minutes

- Notes: I love the new workout routine feature, I set up a 55 minute workout I'm going to do before bed and when I wake up every morning. The new games are pretty fun but after 49 minutes playing them today they got old. On top of the Wii workouts I did 10 mins on the treadmill, 1 min of jumprope, 20 minutes of nunchuck practise, 5 mins plank and 5 mins of stomach vacuum(1 min of both inbetween my other ab exercises), 5 mins of waist circles(I move my waist in circles while holding two 25 pounds dumbells), 5 mins of waist shifting(hold 25 lb dumbells and I shirt my body weight from one leg to the other).

Ab exercises:

4 sets of 20 leg lifts, 4 sets of 20 crunches, 4 sets of 20 sit ups, 4 sets of 20 jackknifes, 4 sets of 20 dumbell side bends (first set and last set 10 lbs, middle sets 50 lbs

Leg exercises:

4 sets of 10 squats(50lbs), 10 half kicks(exercise I made up) at each clock angle(25lbs), 4 sets of 50 calf lifts(50 lbs)

 



Day 2

- Weight - 160.5 lbs

- Waist - ??? (lost my tape measure!)

- Yoga - 0 min

- Strength - 0 min

- Total Time - 0 min

- Notes: I had to eat something before I went to bed after day 1, I was starving too much too sleep. Then when I woke up, it turns out I had slept in super late, and I went to somebodies house right when I woke up, stayed there all day, then crashed in my bed right when I got back home slightly drunk, after I had two giant cheeseburgers. That's all I ate yesterday... Don't blame me, it's the weekend. :D



Day 3

- Weight - 162.9 lbs

- Total time: 0 min

Notes: My lazy arse hung out at my friends house all day again yesterday(which was day three), I also didn't eat properly once again. :( Well, today(monday) I'm going to make up for the weekend of sloth.

I didn't workout before 12:00am, so monday turned into tuesday. I did do my body test though.
