- Notes: I love the new workout routine feature, I set up a 55 minute workout I'm going to do before bed and when I wake up every morning. The new games are pretty fun but after 49 minutes playing them today they got old. On top of the Wii workouts I did 10 mins on the treadmill, 1 min of jumprope, 20 minutes of nunchuck practise, 5 mins plank and 5 mins of stomach vacuum(1 min of both inbetween my other ab exercises), 5 mins of waist circles(I move my waist in circles while holding two 25 pounds dumbells), 5 mins of waist shifting(hold 25 lb dumbells and I shirt my body weight from one leg to the other).
Ab exercises:
4 sets of 20 leg lifts, 4 sets of 20 crunches, 4 sets of 20 sit ups, 4 sets of 20 jackknifes, 4 sets of 20 dumbell side bends (first set and last set 10 lbs, middle sets 50 lbs
Leg exercises:
4 sets of 10 squats(50lbs), 10 half kicks(exercise I made up) at each clock angle(25lbs), 4 sets of 50 calf lifts(50 lbs)
