This is hardly a competition. Heck, a fairer competition would be Mario & Sonic at the Winter Olympics + New Super Mario Bros Wii. Personally, I think M&S has a shot at that one.

Uncharted 2 will have a better launch say around 650k but M&S will easily outsell it lifetime.
And that graph clearly shows that Uncharted DID have legs, just not as massive as M&S

Simple, Modern Warfare and Assasin's creed 2 are releasing in November, around the same time as NSMB Wii, it's pretty obvious that NSMB Wii will be a 10 million + seller, so its not even worth discussing |
If you are interested in short term results (let's say until NSMB or Christmas rush) than be assured U2 will outsell M&S heavily...

On Wii alone, M&S should double Uncharted 2's sales.

Sonic + Mario + Winter Olympics = huge sales.
Maybe not as high as the regular olympics but the combined draw of those three things is far greater then Uncharted 2 in terms of attracting a large audience.
