It could be the higest rated exclusive, and certainly deserves itself to be the runner up for GOTY (GOTY obviously being MF2)

No it won't. How can it when it's at 97 and will most likely go down a few points as more reviews come in? That's certainly been the trend in the past.

Anyway, highest rated doesn't mean much when GTAIV is at the top.

Nah it's already lower then Ocarina of Time and GTA4 so I don't think it will be the highest rated game ever. Top 10 probably.

A big problem with the centesimal review system is score inflation. Whenever you review a better game you have to give a higher score. Thus, year after year the average scores for the top games increases steadily. That's one of the reasons why I prefer five stars or even scoreless systems.
