I think wii will be 220-230k so there's a chance it won't outsell ps3.

Actually there are two questions, by how much will Wii outsell the PS3 in its first week, and where its sales will settle over the longer run

Yeah but after October 13th, its going to drop, Uncharted will sell well, but it'll have no real legs

Another question is whether the Wii price drop will mute sales of the 360 more than the PS3, given that until now the Arcade was the lowest-priced console option.

It's very misleading posting wiis last weeks numbers only. Wii sales dropped to 160 000 because of people waiting for the price cut. Before the pre-pricecut week wii sales were actually INCREASING for 2-3 weeks. Two weeks ago wii sales were at 195 000, which means they would have likely been around 200 000 last week if there had been no price drop.
Wii would have started outselling PS3 in october already even without a price cut.
The question for any price-cut is "where will it settle?" But i don't think that's a question we will see answered for either console until sometime in January or so, when the holiday craziness finally dies down. That's why this holiday will be especially epic.
