Yes, but isn't it going to be phased out once Wii Fit Plus releases? That would put the mark to beat at something close to 10m. That's still a whole lot though.

No game on a single platform can outsell Wii Fit this year.

 

However CoD6 has a chance of topping that across both PS3 and 360.

Well, I guess it's really down to Wii Sports Resort vs. Modern Warfare 2, if we want to be realistic. New Super Mario Bros Wii will blow past 10 million, but it might take a few months.

Probably, but it's not going to move as much hardware as NSMB Wii and that's what this thread is about, unless I misunderstood the OP.

The thread is about the fact every console has a chance at the top spot this holiday season, all of them have a significantly competitive role in the gaming industry.

(It's going to dominate the handheld market though)
