Seriously, "fanboy" is often associated not only with stupidity, but also with obnoxiousness and I don't think that this will change in a short period of time.

90% of all fanboys/girls complaints are from people who have never ever played the game they are reviewing.

lol, l would know, I've been banned once or twice for saying that.

Anyway, everybody is alittle bit fanboyish, it's human nature, but mostly the term fanboy refers to the extremists of the bunch, the ones that refuse to use logic and common sence and instead use stupidity and smokescreens to protect something that really isn't that important.

I mean fan neutrally but fanboy/girl is always an insult, they are bad.

The difference is someone can be a Sony and a Nintendo fan, you can't be a Sony and Nintendo fanboy, that's the problem as far as i'm concerned, blind devotion.
