So, Sony is getting a liscecing deal. That's great, as this is going to be all gravy for sony, none of the money coming in will be used for expenses.

Update: The difference between the PS3 and 360 is only 6.1 million. It could be as low as 5.8million by the end of the year. Sony has also added a mini-MMO called Sodium One, on  Home, which gives people a reason to check home out again and looks like its going to be a big thing. 

Only 5.5m to go.. btw, Sony is pushing its 3D t hing pretty hard right now, i'm not sure if this wil translate into more PS3 sales but I can say that the PS3 will complement its 3D initiative. Also for games, the PS3 has a great lineup for Jan-Mar, finally something that rivals the great titles that the 360 has. The PS3 also has had better relations with its 3rd party developers lately, b/c it can make them more $$$ now.

well It is realistical that HW sales will be equal but probably not in US, they will be overall more than xbox thanks to japan and Others

Ok, we had a huge update mostly in the 360's favor. The software however, is almost neck and neck, w/ the PS3 getting a consistent 85%-90% compared to the 360 week to week world wide post holidays. By the end of april, this could be 95%.
