Why don't you show me were I said it was a true racing sim, or even anything close to that.

The last game from EA I bought was the Battle for Middle-earth II expansion on PC two years ago. Before that, the last two games I bought were the BFMEII and the original BFME, years prior.
So I'm gonna go with no.
Edit:
Whoops, I was wrong. Forgot EA is behind SimCity, and I bought SimCity 4 and the expansion a couple of years back.
I don't own an EA game for my PS3 so I doubt it.
Let me show you why they call me the velour fog. Hit it.
I met her in a club down in old Soho,
Where you drink champagne and it tastes just like coca cola,
C-o-l-a, cola.
She, walked up to me and she asked me to dance,
I asked her her name and in a dark brown voice she said;
Leela, L-e-e-l-a, Leela, Lee, Lee, Lee, Leela
Leeeeeeeelaaaaaaaa
Me either. I don't think EA has put out a decent console game since the original Need For Speed on Saturn, and that wasn't THAT good.
