I disagree about any RPG having lots of replay value... unless there's a certain form of New Game+ involved after completing the game à la Chrono Trigger or Persona 3/4 (it has to be well done though).

Do you play any RTS bugrimmar? You might want to check some old Command & Conquer games. You can even play skirmishes after you're done with the single player campaigns. Get the Collection with all the first decade games, or Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 if you want a new game.

oh bullshit, he asked for a game with replay value and I gave it to him.  You can go to new game ++++ in Demon's Souls.  Disgaea 3 allows you to continue playing almost forever (or however long it takes to get to level 9,999).  If I was just going to tell him games that I want people to buy I would tell him Valkyria Chronicles, but I didn't because I don't believe that game has replay value.

so yeah.....bite me.

I believe you can do it as many times as you want and the enemies just keep getting stronger

Feel like going old school? Daggerfall is available free online. And I'm pretty sure that's got more replay value than most folks can take. The game is MASSIVE.

And yeah, I typically view anyone with an agenda as mentioned above like one of those creepy furniture store salesman who follow you around the store just waiting for a slight bit of interest to try to force a sale on you.
