This week there is Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 WW launch and FIFA and Up! in EU.

America
Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2

Europe
Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2
FIFA Soccer 10

Japan
Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2
Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce
Trinity Universe

Looking at that lineup along with the fact that PS3 is apparently leveling out, I wouldn't be surprised if PS3 sales actually went up next week.

Wow wii is almost outsold by 360, I guess because of the cash rebate maybe? Anyway all good news

Also I think the COD MW2 Elite bundle helped as well.

Yes, even though it is not released and thus cannot be sold...it boosted sales numbers.

Makes perfect sense.

I was thinking pre orders counted, maybe they dont?

  Tifa got MOVES!

^ No, they don't.

Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!

Kojima: Come out with Project S already!

Thanks for clearing that up for me.

Incredible, who here would have predicted, even a couple of months ago, that the PS3 would EVER win against the Wii & 360 four weeks running?

The question that really interests me now is, how much of an effect will the Wii price cut have? I may be wrong, but I'm not convinced that there are that many potential Wii owners out there waiting for a price cut. And in a month, if the price cut hasn't rocketed Wii back into clear first place, the tide will undisputably have turned.

10-year plan, baby! Keep the faith!

(Of course, all three consoles are actually selling really well)

Games machines owned: C64*, NES, SNES*, PS1, PS2*, PS3* (*still own).

PS3 sales will stay inflated until January, i would bet, while Wii has nothing aside the price cut in America that will really move and motivate.

I would look at the holiday season as a whole as the determinant, since Wii won't pick up its regular holiday steam until november.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

No problemo.

I do expect a surge of 360 consoles sold when MW2 releases.

PS3: next week a little over 200k. May be last week over 200k. hopefully 2 more weeks.
360: will be down next week.
Wii: back on top with 250-300k
DS; beast as always
PSP: have no clue what will happen

With the PS3 seemingly stabilizing, I don't think it'll drop below 200,000. Idk, we'll see.
