Yeah they also need to give her a top down attack. She is one of the few characters in SFIV that doesn't have one. Any time I use Cammy my opponent turtles by blocking low and having a top down attack would put an end to that.

zangief, ken and dahlsim for me.. seth is just way to unblanced.. his ultra combos are well.. unblockable.... on that note get rid of gouken too :)

NPC Seth or PC Seth? PC Seth is a push over with the worse defense in the game. NPC Seth can't hold Third Strike Gill's jock strap when it comes to difficulty.

Seth has only one ultra and it is blockable, just like his super.

As long they give my man Abel I decent anti-air option then I'm good.Since putting Dee jay,Dudley,and mikoto (hopefully) give  more options to play with with other than Ryu, Abel.

You simply need to grab.

No its not that easy. If your opponent knows your only option is to grab they can throw escape. Cammy needs a top down attack period. Even if they leave the rest of her attacks the same, having a top down attack would make a world of difference.
