Made it to chatper 26 which I think is the last chapter? Anyway the game had been on an upward trajectory from chapter 13 to 25, but I'm not feeling the last chapter and I'm hoping the end is soon or that there is some great boss fight coming up.

If the GAU is in the Weapon Select menu, you could play the game on Very Easy, choose the GAU and use it to annihalate everyone.

Turns out I was playing 25, 26 was better. Finished the game and other than a few complaints about overpowered weapons and some supernatural stuff it was all good.

The final boss fight was pretty good actually, not as good as some of the earlier ones, but one thing is for sure it was about 10 times better than the boss fight at the end of the first one.

Least favorite chapter is 25, favorite ones were the museum, the train chapters and the way to the expedition.

Overall it's one of my favorite games of the generation, but I don't know if I can call it my favorite, I need to go back and try MGS 4 and Bioshock then I can give a straight answer on that, basically it's right up there with the best.

Right up there with Brawl and Paper Mario Wii. Bias aside, I would call it the best game of this generation so far easily.

Thanks! The other two games in the top 5 are Street Fighter IV (which I'll soon own on both PS3 and 360) and Team Fortress 2 (the 360 version, pc players can laugh, but I don't care).

I'm still more of a single player gamer (Except for fighting games) and Team Fortress 2 is only the second online shooter I get into (After battlefield 2 on the pc).
