There were no new games announced right? Or were they?

Not even a Wii or 360 game if I'm not mistaken. This was perhaps one of the worst TGS in a long time. Japanese industry is really dying.

When I said that I doubted that there were going to be new announcements, some told me I was insane.

Ummm, I think Sony announced some minor motion control games. SO 4 international was announced beforehand, but yeah, it sucks....

Actually, one new game was announced, White Knight Chronicles 2

yup worst tgs ever. japan is pretty much dead because handhelds kill it.

White Knight Chronicles 2 was actually announced about a week before the TGS on Famitsu.

Mostly games that we already know: Quantum Theory, God of War III, Tales of Graces ...... pretty standard sttuff.

New games.... well: RE 5 with waggle and some extra scene (wich I can't call a "new game"), Yakuza 4 that was revealed before the show...... Nier, Okamiden ..... quite honestly one of the worst TGS, so few new announcments.

Sony's motion control games are about all i can think of atm, that and that Tsumoji game from EA for DS (the Zelda clone by EA Japan)

So how does the line-up for next year look now for the 360, Wii and PS3? I mean most of the announcements for the coming year are always made at TGS.

For instance Wii has almost all its announced games coming out before year's end. Only Sengoku Basara 3 and Trauma Team are known to be coming out next year from third parties themselves. Will it go through another big drought?

Same for 360, I don't think there's anything important coming out for it next year.
