For instance Wii has almost all its announced games coming out before year's end. Only Sengoku Basara 3 and Trauma Team are known to be coming out next year from third parties themselves. Will it go through another big drought?

Same for 360, I don't think there's anything important coming out for it next year.

Another third party Japanese drought, at least. Next year seems to be when they'll finally release most of those games they showed at the Media Summit last year. 360 may get FFXIII International edition...

I think Sony's motion controlled games are the only new announcements. A few leaked ones got a proper showing, but that's about it.

Two new arcade games for the 360 (Toy Soldiers and Snoopy Fighter Ace or something) and White Knight Chronicles 2 *edit: WKC2 for PS3, sorry* (though someone above said that was announced before).

Announcement wise, this TGS sucked hard.
