He describes the pros and cons of both pads very well. (And the mock up ps360 pad looks great)

I agree with it as well.

The 360D-pad is near useless and the Dualshock3 triggers aren't prime for playing. The 360 buttons do get sticky at times, and the DS3 buttons can get real "soft", making gameplay a hassle.

This is nothing but his opinion. The controller debate is old and tired. Either you like one, the other, or just don't care. Personally I can't stand the clunky X360 brick of a controller BUT that is just my opinion. I don't know how the creator of the vid can give a "winner" for the controller when it really comes down to personal preference.
