Correct. And other (more) people will vote 10/10 instead, so that's how games can still get a 90+ rating on metacritic

Pretty graphics and stellar cutscenes.
- very convoluted plot and the Multiplayer isnt so great. Just my opinion

I just don't allow blatant fanboys to vote.  If you say 5/10 for a great game, i will allow it as long as you give good reason as to why you think that and your not a hater of the system that its on (or another words a fanboy)

The only people that didn't get counted were the one's that didn't abide by the rules.

And I own a PS3 & PS2. Tell me, why would I buy a product that I "hate"?

I played all the MGS games, and I felt this one was the weakest in terms of story and etc. They really went overboard with the cutscenes to gameplay ratio. 'Tis all.
