@ OP: Why is the thread title so misleading, and why did you highlight the first part, but not the rest of the sentence that explains they were talking about the way the trailer was presented, not the game itself...

Was going to post this. The thread title and the way that phrase is highlighted are both misleading.

Showing a poor-quality trailer is still bad, particularly given that this is the first time they've shown in-game footage. However, it just means that the trailer is useless for judging the game - not that the game itself looks bad.

They'll show good stuff later...I'm sure the only reason they aren't showing much right now is because of FFXIII.  Once it releases, we'll prolly see a lot of stuff (a lot by SE standards--which isn't that much!)

what i've seen lots of ffvs and it sure doesn't look bad to me, maybe it was just the video quality they were talking about, really they should not even be previewing this one, i think m$ is behind tis spreading FUD again

The "presentation quality" stated by 1up, was referring to the game shown as a film through a handheld video camera, off a development kit, amiright?

If so, is anyone capable of seeing through spin, or misleading titles, except me, and also, don't those people who flamed 1up, owe us all an apology?
