Every country's gonna start with ten points, and every post you can put +1 on one country, and -1 on three other countries, every three hours. Pretty simple idea, just vote for whatever country you think is the shittiest. Doesn't matter why, if you think it smells bad, if their economy sucks, if they're communists, doesn't matter. Please post the entire list whenever you vote. It makes things easier. Again, voting is every three hours.
