Thanks. Is that some kind of a screen saver? I've never noticed anything like that on my Xbox (i think the screen just turns dim if i leave the console untouched for a few minutes).

It's always like that in the menus. The person removed the menu by entering a track number (removes all the menus.)

It always was like that too (minus the sparks)

Fortunately there are more dynamic themes than the original and the sparkly version of it after 3.0 :p (it also changes colour according to what time a day it is.)

It's a different color every month (though you can manually select a color if you wish) and it'll be filled with so much of that color depending on the time of day. As the day starts, the color fills the screen and by the end of the day it leaves the screen.
