he has just shown that he is as knowledgeable about video games as he is about industrial music.

to think that gaming is best suited to sprites and platforms....give me a break. sure some fully 3d games have missed the bar, but this is a slow evolution. heavenly sword was a remarkably well done and acted 3D game.

there has not been a reason to give two shits about what reznor thinks since 1994.

not remotely.  no rivethead worth his salt has any use for him.  the guy hasn't done anything of merit since the downward spiral.  the fragile was very aptly named, and with teeth was unlistenably bad.   he writes lyrics for angst-ridden teens, and he has never evolved past it.  good industrial musicians trace a journey with their music.  reznor is a monument of static uninspiration.  not only that but his compositions go nowhere.

yes i did.  he castigates 3D gaming and praises the old nintendo style of animation as art.  he thinks the movement towards immersion and realism is misguided, and that the motion control phenom is mostly gimmick with little payoff.

isn't that what everybody got from it?
