all my 4 wiimotes with condoms and i always use the strap.
i got my wii in fall 2008 and the motes came with the rubber. never took them off. i played wii at a friend who doesn't have the rubber case and to me it didn't feel right. i think it makes the mote more comfy to hold.

Only Wrist strap, but wrist strap almost always. I don't even own a jacket. Got all 4 of mine without them... Saw the free promotion, said nah, went on with my life...

me personally, i always make sure to pt a rubber on and use the straps..its just more fun when you bind things up for a rough play session....

and having hit the back wall before i don't want to repeat that b/c its got all sweaty during a little back and forth on the courts

I use the wrist strap; i use the jacket for comfort and sometimes.

i dropped my remote once. So now i always wear the strap and sleeve

I use the jacket because I'm too lazy to remove it and my brother bitches up about it. I use the strap only when playing Wii Sports and the like.

I always use the strap, but I never use the rubber jacket.

Always with the condom on XD makes it more comfortable for me.
Never the wrist strap, but then again I don't really play anything that involves much swinging.

I find the jacket makes M+ very awkward, so none of that for me. I also generally don't bother with the wrist strap unless theres a lot of very vigourous motion.

I only use straps with high-deppendent gesture games, and if playing with others (noobs XD).

I don't use the silicone cases because my wiimotes have a recharger, and cannot recharge the batterys with them.
