That's mainly your retailer. It has little to do with Nintendo of Europe, really.
Many Scandinavian retailers tend to start everything out at 500kr (Which is around 50 pounds)
Amazon.co.uk is your friend Europe.
£18 = 201 kr, 20EUR.
$25 before VAT.

GAME, HMV, amazon.co.uk have it at about £18, Play.com have it at £30 but they say wii fit plus is out on November but it's out on October so obviously play.com haven't updated their data yet.
