Good score. Though I won't be buying it because I didn't play the first.
Don't try to understand the IGN scores people. Its an enhanced port. IGN always deducts points from ports, even if its makes the game better. Just like they usually deduct points from sequels, even if it improves gameplay on all fronts (unless the title begins with GTA, God of War or Final Fantasy, etc).
Why the loading time is too long ? why there is a few enemies and where is the blood !!? is this in the demo only or also there is no blood in the full game ?
From what I played of the demo (compared to the full version of Ninja Gaiden Sigma), Sigma II is WAY better. It looks better, runs better, feels more polished, and of course has Sixaxis implementation
I still won't get it, though, because I sucked so hard at the first game that I couldn't beat it on Easy.

Actually, God of War got 9.8, and God of War II, which did improve on the original in many ways, got *gasp* a 9.7. Which is incidentally the same as Shadow of the Colossus. And BioShock.
EDIT: You're right about ports, though, because the PC/360 version of BioShock got 9.7, and the PS3 version added DLC and an extra difficulty level, but got 9.4...
Still buying it. That is the problem with most gamers today; Lets not buy a game because its under a 9.
Stop discriminating and start playing video games biatches. lol
can't wait for Track Season 2009/2010, guna beast out!
Travis Touchdown ERECTION CONFIRMED!

Remember Ninja Gaiden II came out 14 months ago.
The small graphical upgrade from Ninja Gaiden 2 to Sigma 2 is not worthy of a 9 going by todays standards of graphics.

It's no small graphical upgrade. Sigma 2 looks amazing. Except, for some reason, Ryu's character model. For some reason, they always manage to make him look like he's made of putty.
Eh, Ninja Gaiden isn't too great of a game. The 360 version just turned into a rapid button masher to live. They need a serious overhaul of the gameplay to make it more "Fun" and less "I'm going to toss my controller at the TV!"
