Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

At anyrate Another M would be AWESOME if it was Rated M for the lulz alone due to the title.

TH\he Action in this game and overall Art-Style seems very final fantasy like, which is why im so impressed with this one. AM FTW!

From my understanding, it's not really a handoff so much as it is that Team Ninja is doing all the heavy lifting necessary to make a full-scale 3D action game, while R&D1 is in charge of the actual creative process. Sort of like how Sora was nominally in charge of Brawl, but Game Arts did a lot of the actual work (though HAL Labs got their name on the box)

 

But i certainly hope it surpasses Metroid Prime, because then we will have a new best game of all time.

Oh, okay good, because RoF, Valkyria Chronicles 2, and Phanatasy Star Portable 2 are all being made by the gods! therefore its far above the sun. (SEGA, Tri-Ace.)

^^ I have to agree that Prime is best game of all time. I mean just compare it visually to Halo1 (similar release period no?) and the difference is clearly there. Also, it's aged very well.

It's just not very mainstream so the public at large couldn't appreciate it's brilliance. Sound is best I've ever heard and I just love cruising around the world.

since metroid is my fave franchise from nintendo, i hope for the best. But i don't eat that nintendo collaboration with some developers will increase third party quality on the wii.

There's endless historical precedence for it. Nintendo has a history of workingn with talented but directionless developers (Silicon Knights, Retro Studios, arguably Rare) and getting them to pump out some of the best games of their time.
