Uncharted 2 is expected to be one of the biggest games for PS3 this fall. Already winning several E3 awards and getting some early on pre-order sales, there are still some things we don’t know.
On a recent PlayStation Blog Amy Hennig was interviewed and asked some interesting questions. Early on she was asked “Is this the last of Uncharted” in a means that Naughty Dog is moving on with something else? With a reply “No, Uncharted will keep coming as long as the fans want it.” Explaining that Uncharted is a franchise that has the capability to continue for years to come, so in other words Naughty Dog is more than ready to make a third.
Other key aspects of the interview included how the game will include a lot more adventure aspects than most of us think, instead of an all out shooter action game. Being Uncharted it will force you to think and be more creative when accomplish a level or game mode. The game is also very story driven, with 90 minute cutscenes we already know this would be true, but it can be compared to the likes of Heavy Rain in certain ways. Other odds and ends, crispy bacon, sleepless nights if you work at Naughty Dog, and if you want to work there you better be loud about your opinions!
