Forums - Website Topics - Will I Get in Trouble for Spamming If I Put my Website URL In My Sig?

I've had this blog for a while now and little to no traffic nor followers so I wanna put it in my Sigs at the various Forums that I frequent. I just wanted to know before I do whether or not thats allowed and If it's bannable

So long as it isn't huge and obnoxious, no. However, posting it in every OP of every thread you create would be considered spamming.




If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

To look at it from a somewhat different perspective, if we allow you to essentially advertise Metacritic, IGN, or any other website in your sig, surely we'd allow you to also include your own. ;)
