It's not really organized like that. Every administrator has parts of the site they are in charge of. Brett obviously owns the site, then Keith runs the staff, I run the community (mods, deal with user complaints) and reviews (with help from Brian and Dan to get our review copies), Pat does the programming and code, Brian does the PR, Gabriel the news, etc.

Great picture, even better than his current avatar. Jacob/TheSource always has the best personal pics (save RubangB), in the early VGChartz days he also had the best site staff avatar.

Jacob, as bugrimmar wrote, looks almost stoned, he reminds me both Frank Zappa and a bloke hanging around a club here in Genoa aptly named "Quaalude".
