Teddiursa was here, Ursaring is a loser.
Anyway, Ursaring is pretty good in UU. Guts+Facade+Toxic makes for a lethal combination on anything that's not a Rock or Steel type.

Some part of me wants to do that while he's holding a Burn Orb, with that whole "status effects up your attack" thing.
Then I'd just start hitting people with Facade.

Smogon is pretty much the authority but different communities have different tiers.

Forget tiers anyway. I've swept entire enemy teams with pokemon like Hitmonlee (UU) and Shifry (NU).

Kangaskhan and Miltank (and maybe a couple others) have the "Scrappy" ability. The "Scrappy" ability allows Normal and Fighting Type moves to hit Ghosts. Encore is great. Hitmonlee is a UU that can use Bulk Up decently. |
Ah alright. Still though you would have to find a time to come in and even setup. Haze/Roar/Whirlwind would ruin the set as well. Being burnt would do wonders as well. Still seems like there are plenty of options for your opponent.
Most of the pokemon I like are OU, but for some reason I perfer playing UU. SpecYanmega now that is pretty broken.
