This is just a rumor, but holy crap!

My take on this is that there might be one other PSP in the works, the 4000, and that some of the others are just prototypes or some sort of test PSP device.

Im sure its just like different concept designs that Sony was thinking of using. That would be stupid of Sony to release 4 more different versions of the PSP

8 versions? Nah...

Maybe a different PSP Go that features UMD. Or the 4000. Or maybe the PSP Phone.
