LittleBigPlanet is easy as long as you have some friends willing to heart you and junk. I took the easy way out and did a whole bunch of H4H levels.

yes, but don't discount those 120 hours you put into the game and you must be an experienced Disgaea gamer.

Definitely inFamous. I'd say LBP too, but you have that one already, so...
inFamous is great though. I had a ton of fun with the game, and I played it a lot more than I should have. Got the platinum in like the first week I had the game.

X-Blades is a pretty easy platinum as well, 2 playthroughs is all you need. Reccommend first time on easy so you can unlock the extra costumes that help you on the harder levels.
